Frederick Fung is Head of Adoption at TZ APAC, where he is leading the charge to empower entrepreneurs and organisations to build game-changing projects on the Tezos blockchain. One of the initiatives being run by Frederick includes the TZ APAC EGG Web3 Incubator, which is helping founders of Web3 startups build real-world blockchain solutions with the help of a network of industry’s most experienced leaders.
Frederick is also the Chairman of the Association of Crypto-Currency Enterprises and Start-ups Singapore (ACCESS). He was part of the core team in the development of the Code of Practice facilitated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and developed in consultation with The Association of Banks in Singapore. He conducted the Independent Assessment Report for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) 3rd party solutions provider. As the Director of ACCESS NODE, he developed the first Diploma in Blockchain in Singapore with PSB Academy launching in Q2 2022.

ACCESS is a non-profit organisation for Singapore's cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. Members represent a spectrum of businesses within the Singapore blockchain and cryptocurrency space, including exchanges, merchant transaction services, vending machine suppliers and miners, and abide by a Code of Conduct that aligns with our mission statement. ACCESS has grown its membership from 7 companies since its establishment in 2014 to over 400 companies today.
